Parish Pastoral Council Meetings

Meetings are held the third Monday of each month.  Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. and end at the completion of the business at hand.

Pastoral Council meetings are held upstairs in the Annex unless otherwise announced.

Generally, the time and place of Council meetings is published in the WEEKLY CALENDAR section of the IHM weekly bulletin.

Council Meetings adhere to the following agenda:

1)      Opening Prayer and Formation
2)      Review and Approval of Minutes of the Previous Meeting
3)      Pastor’s Report
4)      Old Business
5)      New Business
6)      Open Forum
7)      Closing Prayer
8)      Adjourn
