Early in Pope John Paul II's pontificate, he began a series of Wednesday general audiences to explain through scripture the answers to the following questions:

What does it mean to be human?
and...
How am I supposed to live my life in a way to bring true happiness?

Pope John Paul II's Wednesday teachings collectively became know as the Theology of the Body.

Through the Formation Office, IHM has a 4 session VHS set about the Theology of the Body and featuring Christopher West. The VHS set includes workbooks for independent study or group sessions.

Sessions include topics such as:
What is the Theology of the Body & Why is it so important?
The Creation and Redemption of Man and Woman
The Resurrection of the Body & Heavenly Marriage
The Sacrament of Marriage & the Language of Sexual Love
